While TL is very gifted athletically, he is still very raw.

He has improved a lot during the year. I attribute that to CMY. He often used to hurt us a lot on defense, not because he didn't want to play good defense, but because he didn't know what to do. That might be an edge for him remaining at VT. He might want to continue to improve, and he would under his current coach/mentor.
