For the 100th time...no one is stopping contracts

If someone doesn't have one, it's a very dumb deal. There is nothing about NIL, the court cases, or any NCAA mandate that says an athlete can't sign a contract. College sports were not balanced prior to NIL, but have become more balanced since NIL, so the second part of the argument doesn't work either.
