Stuff like this just divides people.

Thing is, there are something over 10,000 students, receiving scholarships valued at a whole lot. If you don't believe that look at all the student debt talk we are hearing and how that hampers people. It is a whole lot of money provided to students such as they can walk away, after their eligibility, with a degree that will allow them to go pro in many areas but not onfield sports. My take is that over half of these students won't have the current good deal opportunity in the future. I don't think the majority of schools will pay into NIL like they are doing right now and provide the scholarships. To me, the end of all this is those lower half of players as a group will have much less opportunity to "go pro" in decent to good income earning opportunities. I don't really care about the ones getting 6 figure NIL and other type deals nor the small percentage of them that will go pro. I do care about the majority whom I fear will end up much worse off than the current system and I do believe that will happen.
