Does he want to accept a small role? He could stay P4 with the right situation
Do any P4s have a need for a 3rd PG? We will see.
If he wants to play he will go down, but it could be a Jaydon Young situation where a school wants him in a role (UNC) where he could be playing as a higher usage player elsewhere (High Point)
