Scoop, a question re: NIL.
VT regularly uses players' name image and likeness in promotional videos, posters, and other marketing. Does VT pay the players for such use of their name image and likeness, and if so, does VT make such payments via Triumph and THW. Or, is the school's use of a player's name image and likeness an exception. I understand the players are paid for the use of their name image and likeness by a third party, but does VT have a "pass" on paying NIL?
