Hammond wasn’t really impeded there. The hands there from the defender are fine. Hammond even blows by him and simply slips.
There were a lot of non calls throughout the game, I thought, particularly on some made shots in the paint that should’ve been and-1s (which is why Miami only had 2 second half fouls in first 17 minutes), but this final play wasn’t a foul.
