He should be a HC sooner rather than later.

It's a fine line when considering an assistant for promotion at his current school. It ruined James Johnson. He had been the good cop as Seth's top assistant, so the players wanted him to be HC. But when he became the head man, he had to take on more of a bad cop role at times. "What a second...I thought you were our boy? Now you're yelling at us and holding us accountable?" That shouldn't be as much of an issue these days, though, because you can turn over the roster so quickly.
