probably thats a front office Athletic dept discussion

2 approaches. hire a GM for major programs and olympics Football, basketball (men's and women's). Gives top attention to the sports but distributed control delegated from the AD. 1 GM for the entire program (and the GM makes allocation decisions for the Department rather than focus on each sport. IF you are an AD, you wnat a point person
