Well, that's not exactly true. As @RJHokie and others have pointed out,

Whit has no control over those NIL contributions that were restricted (only for one sport). He does have input over the use of all the other NIL contributions. And, as per the Investment Guide, he would have control over those unrestricted NIL funds made via the Keep Jumping fund. Now, we may not know the exact numbers over which he has input (YET), but he does have input over some. @VTScoop has reported that the MBB staff was not non-vocal re: NIL allocations. You're post is inaccurate and misleading.
