Rice was not NIL related. He wanted to tell CMY when he wanted to come back

from his injury, not the other way around. If you want WB to answer a basketball question, ask him why basketball is dead last in the ACC in NIL available funding. Insufficient NIL funding = not landing top talent from the portal!!
