Interesting. Do you know how these kids determine their market value?

Are there handlers out there in their ear saying, you're a 9ppg, 3.5rpg, 1apg SG in the ACC but you're getting X and your market rate is Y? Then it's up to them to go see if they can get that? They either end up finding it or end up looking greedy and silly.
