I think Rice will be a 4 year problem

the last two years and then the next two rebuilding. I think he took a shot with Jones and Rice hoping they would elevate the program. Just like hitting on 16 in Blackjack.. you could win or loose everything. Let me be clear the issues is not Rice but more about Roster management that has hurt MY. Getting a 5 to score 10 points a game is hard in the portal.. getting a PG to score 10 without 5+ turnover in the portal is realistic.
