True. It always amazes me how posters here automatically think it is Techs

“rural” setting that causes players not to come or to leave Blacksburg. Maybe that is the case here, but maybe not. Could be one of many thing. It’s sure crappy timing on his part. Believe it or not not everyone wants to live in crowded traffic and high crime areas. Where he transfers might give a better indication.
