Rice gone. CRAP. Let's brainstorm on how to attract and retain top

basketball recruits. Imo... it seems like ballers want to play in an urban environment. So, expanding the NoVA campus in Arlington, VA for men's and women's basketball only is the best solution. Keep football and other sports in Blacksburg. Building a 9000 seat arena right in the heart of Arlington, VA (near where the Caps practice) will definitely attract all kinds of talent... including ice hockey!... hmm maybe VT will finally have D1 ice hockey teams!!!
