There is a decent chance we're going to post an academic year with a 3-win football team and no NCAA tourney for MBB, WBB, or baseball (all 3 for multiple years running) and our AD's job still seems safe (although I guess he may be retiring soon-ish supposedly?). It's an entirely unserious operation.
