it forces you to shoot outside. It's why the NBA has a defensive 3 second rule.
Also it's why they widen the key in international and NBA.
MY theory offensive theory hits a massive wall when the paint is clogged and. you can't hit 3's
St Mary helped on every drive begging for three's to be hit but we shot bricks.
