With transfers playing a bigger part, schools are slow playing their high school recruits more than ever to fill holes rather than build their future. Im not sure where VT stood on whether it was a commitable offer, but if BC really liked him then kudos to them for forcing the issue and getting the commitment. Personally, I dont view him on the same level as other Top 70ish players historically, but I dont know how deep this particular class is I think if he didnt have IMG attached to his name he might have less offers and a much lower ranking He very well could develop and become a good player, but there's nothing to suggest he has a better chance than many players ranked below him
