I too hate these type of lawsuits, and I despise the NCAA even more, so I

think it would be hilarious if WV were able to get a temporary injunction to stop the tournament until the case was heard. (not likely I know) Can you imagine having the committee members testify under oath about what happened behind closed doors. Drag CBS and ESPN into it also. Maybe we could find out who really is "certifiably Insane".
