What are you watching? "Hey guys let's just keep supporting the team but increase funding in hopes that we make a difference!" has more irony than the truth that we are horribly outclassed in both football and basketball (for different reasons). Virginia Tech apologists never seem to realize that many teams outperform their funding, yet VT seemingly never does. Even if I won the lottery and gave athletics $500 million, they've proven to me that they don't know HOW to spend the money, and that's the real problem.
