I'm curious your thoughts on our approach to the 3/4 court pressure?

I'm definitely not an X's & O's guy but watching it, the approach seemed awful. Lobbing the ball back and forth across the court just to settle for a long, interceptable pass, down the court. There has to be a better way to attach that. Maybe the approach was fine but our youth at the G spots led to rough execution?
