Actually not true. As of now, Johnson and Jones would be starting so

Wessler and walk on are on the bench. Also, as the portal guys start committing things will look much better. And I’ll take Pedulla at his word. He may not be gone yet. If not there now, rock bottom is close. No where to go but up.
