I get this but

even more telling to me is that I can point to half dozen losses against very good talented teams where we didn't only lose but we were completely non-competitive,. To me that more than offsets the coulda /shoulda games that were near misses. Our overall record is pretty much what it should be. bottom line, as much as i still want us to find a way into the tournament I can't say in good conscience that we are even close to deserving it. had we stayed with some of those really good teams I'd would at least say 'hey let us in and we have the ability to surprise and make a Cinderella run' , but unfortunately i don't beleive it.
