I agree with this completely...

...I would argue Mike Young could have a better overall staff/infrastructure around him that was more recruiting-centric to avoid having some of the roster flaws that have arisen but I don't see that as a doom and gloom take as much as something that could be improved upon with some of the constraints that VT will always have to deal with.
