No way to predict how he'll develop.

Erick Green was an awful shooter early in his career. Then later he led the NCAA in scoring. Nahiem Alleyne was never a great shooter...and he never really improved at it, either. In fact, he's gotten slightly worse. Both Green and Alleyne had great work ethics, too. So it's unpredictable. Collins might take a huge leap forward next season, or he might be the exact same player. Flip a coin.
