I don’t think he will get much better

He has a long shooting motion, not conducive to being a great shooter. He’s good when he’s very open. He’s a decent driver, but not super explosive. And he’s not real crafty around the rim like Pedulla or Boots Radford. He’s a better than average defensive player, and that’s important. He’s a solid contributor, but he will never be an alpha on a consistent basis.
