Being a pitcher I can tell you that pitch count is overrated

What matters is the type of pitches you throw..if you throw all curve balls and sliders that will lead you into TJ surgery if you throw too much.. fastballs a different deal as ni twisting arm motion… Recall that pitch count only came into play in the last 5 years or so and ONLY at the MLB level where you pitch every 4 days for 7 months ..college is like 60 games max
