Even though Jan Weisberg has an impressive resume, his only experience is
at the DIII level. I don't know how is style of baseball and recruiting philosophy will translate to DI power conference baseball. The other potential issue is his age given that he graduated from Kentucky in '93. How many more years does he plan to coach before retiring or moving into an administrative postion? I ask that because he was the Associate AD for Internal Relations at BSC and he may prefer his next job to be an administrative position.

My message was more about our head coach, not Birmingham-Southern's coach.**

I'm not sure if any of the coaches have found jobs for next season or not.
