Route 11 runs from Christiansburg to Radford and is called East Main Street where it enters Radford. There is no "10 block" of East Main per se, it's just a way of saying, "Right over the Radford line, where it turns into East Main Street." Here's a pic, with the area that he crashed circled. Doesn't look like much, but I've seen numerous single-car crashes there over the years. It's baffling. It's a 45-MPH area, and I routinely drive it at 50-55 miles an hour and never have any issue, so I don't know what makes people go off the road, because it has never happened to me.
