well guess VT cannot serve as the flagshiip institution
When VT cannot afford to do a game within the commonwealth, it questions the financial viability of the program to not only compete at Power 2 but Power 4. Sounds like VT has less in common from a peer athletc program with UVA UNC NC state, but more a Pitt Cuse, BC or East Carolina. Does Sun Belt sound better
