Strange handling of the staff. A guess
Parliament pitched a meaningless ninth of the 7-0 Tue Radford game.
Tonight we start the Neff, a 7.43 reliever who got bombed by Wake.
Maybe with Santucci starting for Duke Szefc decided to go bullpen by committee tonight and let Renfrow and Stieg finish the series when the chances of victory are better. In Parliament's last 3 outings he had a 20.64 ERA with a 2.82 WHIP.
