Didn't want to slide cause of injury? Bottom 9, critical game...

I hope that was not the case. Regardless of the reason... hustle and smarts aren't were they need to be. Games that come down to a 1 or 2 run difference often come down to controllable situations. Mental mistakes are way more frustrating to watch than physical (eg: swinging at balls, bad base running, losing track of outs, not hitting the cutoff man, throwing to the wrong base, not hustling, not situationally moving players over, etc) ** Edited by jesuisvtguy at 5/13/2023, 11:01:38 PM
