Well, the problem with college baseball is that there just aren't . . .
. . . enough D1 pitchers to go around. Most teams carry at least 16. Think about that. Are there really enough good HS pitchers to stock 300+ teams after the cream is skimmed off by MLB contracts? Not even close.
