Not necessarily true about next years schedule

I stole this from GusDaMan on the pay board 2024 opponents record: 91-63, .591 win%, ranked 29th (based solely on wins/losses) 2025 opponents record: 75-76, .497 win%, would have ranked 102nd

Your post is contradictory. You have a choice to partake in the spring

game and pay "It’s just $10 dollars". You are suggesting they "nickle and dime" us by adding a $10 fee to everybody buying season tix whether they go to the spring game or not. While only $10, that wouldn't sit well with people who don't partake in the spring game.

LOL. It's a business. Those costs I mentioned add up quickly for the

athletic dept. They gave it away for free since forever. Those days are gone. Might as well get used to it. Or just watch it on TV.

Who should pay for the security necessary for 25k+ people being let in

the stadium? Traffic control? Trash cleanup after it's over? Etc, etc..... We've been lucky to get in to see this scrimmage for free for years. But there are costs involved and with NIL changing college sports to be more like the pros we can't really expect them to offer this up for free anymore. $10 is nothing these days.

They are low paid. See this article.

they are the lowest on the coaching ladder. His situation might be a bit different but in general it's an "intern" type job. "There are two main consistent features, though: it’s all low-level grunt work and it’s all fairly low-paid work. A lot of these guys are really coaches in name only; from what I’ve read, they rarely, if ever, are working directly with players."
