and Irv had the Town Crier. In the winter, I would get up early to see if Irv announced that our school was closed.

You can all thank me.
I missed the first inning and the Hokies first 3 runs. Watched from 2nd inning through top of fifth to see Stanford’s 5 runs. Turned off TV. Missed the triple play and the Hokies 5 runs. Turned TV back on saw Stanford score 2 runs. It was obvious at that point that I needed to turn off TV which I did and Hokies got the last two outs.

It was a screen up top. She may have shuffled her feet just a little.
But there have been many moving screens not called on TT.

Really like Coach Duffy and I think
these young ladies like playing for her. She does the big things and the little things right. For example, tapping Ekh on the leg because she was proud of what she said about Leila Wells. Little things, but taken together, they mean a lot.

I’m not convinced that our win - loss record
over the next 2 years in football is going to have a lot to do with whether VT is in the P2 mix. I think demographics, school size, politics and long term sports performance (maybe other factors) will have a lot more to do with the outcome than what the football team does in 2 seasons.

And I think going back to zone in the 4th quarter would have helped but we
never made the change.
I know Summiel had a bad turnover late in the 4th quarter but Brooks absolutely screamed at her during the next timeout. Olivia isn’t a great passer but she always plays her heart out so I felt bad for her and thought at the very least it was poor timing of Brooks to react that way.
