Initial thoughts are he has a lot of arm talent and great/quick decision making. While he's not "mobile" he moves around the pocket really well and doesnt immediately panic once facing pressure. Please NO. We need Elliott to stay at UVA. He is not a good coach

or recruiter. Had a very lucky year. They will be right back to irrelevance next season. They couldn't even beat 7-5 Duke to win the ACC and go to the playoffs. He is a choker at heart just like the program.

Best part of all this is Elliot got an auto extension of his contract

Dude is such a bad coach. Gets some money this year, gets a horseshoe up his you know what and produces the luckiest 10 wins ever. Even after 10 wins he's 21-26 (13-18) and just got another year at least.
