That's my school! This is home! That's it. - JC Price

Posting History (13)

Appreciate the kind words, y’all.

They’re an easy team to root for and D’Amour has done a fantastic job.

All season long…

…I’ve had to remind myself that she’s a freshman. What a great future she had ahead of her - the present is already really good!

Any update on Michelle Chatfield?

Would love to be full strength heading into the NCAAs, obviously.

Amazing resiliency!

No question the girls dug themselves a hole, but what resiliency to come back the way that they did. Clutch individual performances and great team play. Special weekend, y'all! Go Hokies!

Molly Tuttle is so talented

Her new album Crooked Tree is one of my favorites this year so far.

This phenomenon is rampant, that's for certain

My daughter just finished her last year of volleyball, headed to play college at the NAIA level next year. The behavior of some of these kids and parents is embarrassing.

I also think that the rise to prominence (and ubiquity) of club sports has not been a good trend, and the club experience for many is a poor one because some club directors aren't good at directing clubs and are in it for the wrong reasons.

But you've got to start with what you can control - frequently, kids' and parents' approaches to sports, humility and expectations need some work.
