I cannot believe the stock market
what a long bull market. I am up 32% last year and up 17% so far this year.

You should probably not trust ANY Government data then
as 90% or greater is generated from private companies R&D, university studies funded by private industry and/or government grants. Suggest you don't just apply your logic to vaccines.

Not exactly true, while it may protect the recipient it also reduces
transmission that could impact elderly, immune compromise ,etc. The direct impact is the person, but it also helps the greater good.
At the end of the day everyone here is arguing over individual rights vs common good. One person is one camp, one person is in another. Vaccines help the common good.

The have a solid state battery that gets 745 miles per charge
coming out in 2027.
This is the most humans have ever invested in electric cards in over a 100 years for the last 10-12 years. Leaps and bounds are going to happen imo, just a matter of time.

I have two zones
basement is furnace, the filter is right before the furnace and has a door on it. Heat pump has two filters on two different returns one in Master Bedroom and one in a central location.

I am amazed that people can't respect the rules of the person
I am assuming they respect. You know the rules, Will makes them very clear. Respect them. Plenty of other boards where you can talk other topics that don't violate the rules. Reddit is a good place to start.

Described a guy I work with in his 60's
does martial arts and has conceal carry. Literally said the other day, I don't go anywhere without my conceal carry to include other states that do not have reciprocity with Virginia. He is going to Nashville (I think), apparently Tennessee has conceal carry reciprocity with Virginia. My only response was, "You are missing a lot of landscapes and new people to meet." Shrugged his shoulders.

agree it is like 1/3 of them. We couldn't decide if it was by design, e.g. to get into the corners of the bowl or poor manufacturing.

I get that, my buddy says something similar
most of her songs are about either meeting someone or breaking up. Being a father of two girls thought, sign me up. There are much worst celebrity females to admire, Miley Cyrus or Brittany Spears anyone? They don't worship the ground she walks on but hearing she is breaking records that no one has ever thought were going to be broken does impress them.
So I don't mind listening to her music, might even catch me singing along every once in awhile, kids in the car or not. LOL!

Called risk management, NO ONE wants to be associated with

My dumb questions
without Covid this sounds like it goes off without a hitch? Why is this a bad deal, I understand in the sense that it sounds like the health system was left holding the whole bag with no risk for the city or developer so I get that part of it. However, how many of these deals were like this up to Covid for anyone not just the health system AND how many or like this now?
Was this a bad deal altogether? Bad timing? Both?

Then they are built poorly
Tesla has data after 200K miles, average range loss is about 7%. Depends on a number of factors to include super charging etc., but that is not too shabby if you factor in that is 13 years of driving at 15K miles per year.

He won 1 million, but took the lump sum which was 820K
figuring 37% gives you about $500K left, don't know what the state/local tax would be if anything.
