I'm really loving how team USA is maintaining possession out there...
Always got so frustrated at prior teams for legging the ball deep and trying to run it down... kept ending up with 2 on 6 and losing it. Much more likely to work the ball down and patiently work into the box for a shot now.

I must not have been the only one to complain about Fox' color scheme on
the WC scoreboard.... it's now black on cyan and MUCH more legible.
And how about that Estadio Guadalajara? That stadium seriously looks cool AF — literally. The outside is covered with earthworks that I'm sure serve to keep it from getting too hot inside. It looks like a man made volcano....

I just have a hard time figuring out why the UK competes separately.
I mean, you'd think they might win more than one in 100 years if they played as one UNITED Kingdom rather than a separate countries of England, Scotland, and Wales. Is there a Northern Ireland team?

Well, more about Fox' coverage. Specifically the scoreboard color scheme. Whoever decided a white score against a cyan background was a good idea should be canned. Can barely read the score unless I'm within 10 feet of the screen. 🤬
I'll also add that the edge of the board where they indicate the team's kit color is too subtle. Should be a little wider on the edge.

Why would Encore do this?
They're playing all the Jaws movies this morning on Encore Action. Yeah... they do that from time to time.
Here's the thing: when I woke up, Jaws The Revenge was on. They followed that with Jaws 3(-D), which just went off. Now Jaws 2: Electric Boogaloo is on, and finally the original Jaws will be on following the current feature.
