I did a quick summary of the total win-loss records of each of the big 3 conferences in NON-CONFERENCE dual meets. This excludes conference dual meets. Pretty interesting …. B10: 84-19. (.816) B12: 68-31. (.687) ACC 46-21. (.687) The B12 includes all their affiliate teams.

Cool video! Gonna miss the craziness!! Thx for sharing!! If ONLY he hadn’t taken that ill advised shot (with the lead) in the final 20 sec of NCAA semis last year! Decent chance he coulda been NCAA champ! Would have been a fitting finale!!! I’ll never forget the collective gasp in the VT section of the stands. Of course that aggressive style is what got him to that level in the first place.

I went to NCAA championships last 2 years - Tulsa & KC. Bought EXPENSIVE after-market tickets on StubHub. Both years I saw a large group of Hokie fans together in 1 section using tickets from VT. I’m planning to go to Philly this year. Can anyone share contact info at VT athletics to get tickets? Tried calling the (800)VA-TECH4 line …. amazed no one answers! Thx!!!!

I was at the match. OKST has a ton of upper classmen / 5th years! They have a massive home court advantage with a raucous crowd I think all their guys were ranked. VT down 2 AA starters. Not a surprising result. They may be able to give Penn State a run at NCAA’s. We’re gonna be fine!!! The one thing I did notice was the vast difference in ability to finish take downs. Andy was in double leg FOUR times and didn’t finish. Several other guys got no TD’s. An area I’d focus on in the room! Caleb’s pin was awesome! You could hear a pin drop in the arena! Met his really nice grandparents from Chi-town! Hippo’s match was also great. Reminds me a bit of Andonian - never dull! Unlikely we were getting “Bo” anyway. For sure we’re not now, unless someone antes up a bunch of NIL $$. Go Hokies!!!

Planned for 6 months to go see CKLV in person for the first time. Bought my flights 3 months ago. Took off work Friday. I’ve been watching for a decent hotel / AirBnB option this whole time. Every single hotel and do-able AirBnB is either full or crazy expensive. Turns out there’s a 120,000 person Amazon meeting in Vegas all week - plus a couple of other large events. Checked again last night and this morning. Still nothing. Called 3 timeshare companies - all full. I’m now canceling my flights / trip and looking into live streaming! If CKLV and Amazon stay same week in the future it will be tough to get a place to stay! Only decent option if you’re not a Vegas high roller is the CKLV event hotel … as soon as rooms are posted. I live in Kansas so going to OKST match and looking forward to NCAA’s. Hope to see some Hokies in Stillwater. Go Hokies!!!

I found details on the OKSU athletics website. Matches are in their basketball arena. They have a few sections of reserved seating but most of the arena is open seating. Reserved seats are sold out to season ticket holders. I bought a reserved, front row ticket and a premium lot parking pass from one of the resellers (StubHub, TicketMaster, SeatGeek, etc.) Aside from CKLV and NCAA’s it’s my only chance to see live action. It’s a 3 hour drive for me so wanted to be extra sure I’d get in and get a quality seat. Go Hokies!
