Planned for 6 months to go see CKLV in person for the first time. Bought my flights 3 months ago. Took off work Friday. I’ve been watching for a decent hotel / AirBnB option this whole time. Every single hotel and do-able AirBnB is either full or crazy expensive. Turns out there’s a 120,000 person Amazon meeting in Vegas all week - plus a couple of other large events. Checked again last night and this morning. Still nothing. Called 3 timeshare companies - all full. I’m now canceling my flights / trip and looking into live streaming! If CKLV and Amazon stay same week in the future it will be tough to get a place to stay! Only decent option if you’re not a Vegas high roller is the CKLV event hotel … as soon as rooms are posted. I live in Kansas so going to OKST match and looking forward to NCAA’s. Hope to see some Hokies in Stillwater. Go Hokies!!!
