Virginia Tech's top three receivers this year are experienced players. Behind them, there is a big group of players who will spend the spring battling each other for playing time.
The Hokies lost Jarrett Boykin (184 catches, 2884 yards, 18 touchdowns) and Danny Coale (165 catches, 2658 yards, 8 touchdowns), so there will be plenty of opportunities for Tech's returning players to catch passes. This spring will be about building trust between Logan Thomas and those new receivers.
