Notes: As a senior, Knowles totaled 25 receptions for 338 yards and six touchdowns.<br /> <br /> Knowles finished the 2009/2010 indoor track season as the VIS state champion in the 55 meters, 300 meters and the long jump. His 300 meter dash time was the second fastest in the nation on a flat track this year.<br /> <br /> Quotes: Head coach Frank Rocco on Knowles before the 2010 season: "He played American football in the Bahamas but it wasn't as organized there. He is kind of really learning the game, but he has got tremendous skills. He is a sprinter on the track team. There was a national meet in New York and he had tremendous sprint times. He is a prospect with his speed alone and we'll see how he develops as a receiver."
