With 16 official scholarship offers in the fold, 3-year Damascus varsity football starter Brandon Phelps has become one of the most highly recruited rising seniors in the state of Maryland. Phelps, a 6-0, 170-pound cornerback/wide receiver, is enjoying the recruiting process and plans a busy spring and summer.
"It has been crazy. A little overwhelming," Phelps said. "It's actually kind of exciting, though, to visit all of these schools."
