Sonny Sasso has been a different wrestler since ~ the beginning of Feb.
January: Lost to Stout 11-4, lost to Posada 12-4, beat Brophy (NC State) 11-10
Since: Beat Burrell (UVA) MD, Platt (UNC) MD, #4 Cody Merrill (Ok State), McGrory (Duke) TF, then yesterday's run over Burrell by fall, Stout in SV and Posada MD.
My theory: it was the hair. He needed to cut off the long, bleached tips.
Someone needs to go after Jimmy Mullen with some shears before NCAAs.
