Need some counsel about #1 HS wrestler in SC and his chance of coming to VT

I have a customer whose son wrestles in SC. We've talked through the years about VT's wrestling program - his son dreams of going there. He's now a junior in SC and the #1 wrestler in state. His name is Xavier Gonzalez, I linked his Flo profile below. Is this guy even close to getting a look from VT? If so, is there somewhere or someone I can point him to that he should contact and let VT know that he'd like to be recruited. Any advice I can pass along to my customer is welcome.
