I felt really good about this team going in

simply because I have seen an improvement it defense and I thought we were more prepared for the survive and advance that is required to put the team on the podium. 4 in the semis is about what I had hoped for but I sure thought Hip would finish higher than LW. But hey, give LW credit for his performance so far. But one thing that bothers me a bit given NCSU's performance. Were they maybe not quite as good as we thought when we were winning all those close matches, matches we had not done so well with earlier?
