From what I've seen medical weed isn't legal in his hometown and that part

makes any argument for the guns being allowed null and void. It really sucks for him but he's from Nazareth you can't blame ignorance on it, he knew he had expired tags with illegal drugs (even if it's just weed) with illegal guns (even if they were legal in a different state).
