Here's a short video of it
People see things differently, and I'm wrong a lot, but having a hard time seeing it that way.
He stands straight up, only controlling the ankle. No arm around the neck area that you would typically use in a bow and arrow to take the guy over.
From my perspective, he transitioned to a bow and arrow (good wrestling), realized if he took him over it would have been out of bounds, so he stood up hard with it to leave an impression.
