It's difficult to find the right time for national duals
Too early and you don't get the best teams, too late and nobody participates because they're getting ready for NCAA's. Too in the middle and schools have to deal with finals.
Unless it's sanctioned by the NCAA as a true national championship, which isn't happening any time soon, Paycom is giving the best option they can.

Will an 11th place finish get us in the National Duals?**
