Right now I'd say it's a lot more likely than a freshman making a run.

The consistency needed is usually learned through experience. Just look at Hipolito last year. All the talent but when it came to NCAAs really struggled. If Campbell and Burton (assuming they win the spots) can go out there and consistently show up during the season I would move them up the list.
